Sometimes its feels better to just turn out the lights on the things that make us feel mad or upset. There's a lot of mess in the world...if you are a follower of Jesus Christ like I am, it is our Job to look evil right in the face. Don't turn your head or cover your eyes. Think about the wasted lives, pay your respect to the souls that have been traped in addiction, sin, hate, and killed by all the other weapons that satan uses... for whatever reason God has placed us in this world to do his work, TO fight HIS fights.....Lets get to it, start a Jesus Christ Revolution. Be a Giver, and people Lover, DON'T PLAY GAMES fight for your future, make choies that bring you closer to a pure life and one day you will wake up to Jesus saying well done you were a world changer.

I see a youth group that is the most friendly and loving place any teen could go.
I see a youth group where the alters are full of teens finding God for the first time.
I see a group were love and passion are so evident that it is contagious, and apathy and laziness towards the things of God are driven out.
I see 1000 students, so sold out for Jesus that they will pay whatever the cost and fill whatever the need to see a student revival weep over the schools of Michigan.
I see individuals coming to church at all hours of the night and day to beg God to move though them.
I see a revolution of missions made possible by a powerhouse of students that will GO the distance, cross cultural and geographical borders to bring the gospel to all nations.
I see a 24 hour student center where 1000s of teen can come and be exposed to Jesus Christ in a cool way.
I see a body of believers so driven by the Holy Spirit that the mute talk, the blind see, and the lame walk.
I see miracles after miracles pushing into the lives of teenagers and there families
I see a atmosphere of Faith and God Power.
I see a family of people that have made up there mind, and with determination decided not to settle for a normal or ordinary, But to Run hard at all costs the race that God has marked out for us

yes I see History makers, world changers, school savers, family put back togetherers, wall breakers

The youth group that I see could be our youth group, and you could be a major part in making this dream into a Holy Spirit revolution...

Swelled with pride. A legend in his own mind.Too big for his britches. All these phrases describe Pharaoh Hophra, who had allowed his personal successes to go to his head (Ezekiel 29:3). Along the way, the pharaoh had mistakenly decided that he was the reason for his own success, that he was the reason he had accumulated great wealth. And the Egyptians had begun to believe the same thing and follow him. The Egyptians revered him as a god, and as the one who could provide their security.

Then God decided that the proud leader and his followers needed a dose of humility, and he told Ezekiel to deliver the message in today’s reading.

Pharaoh and the Egyptians’ failure is obvious: They failed to recognize that God was the provider of everything they owned. They failed to recognize God as the true owner of their possessions, and then use them to display God’s lordship.

All that we have is a gift from God, given to us for the purpose of furthering His kingdom. The misguided Egyptians learned the painful way that God is Lord of all.

Challenge for Today: List your five favorite possessions. Now determine how you will use each of those possessions to let others know that God is Lord.

so last week I helped with day camp YEAH!!!

next week I will be a lost vally yeah YEAH!!!

2 day later i leave for Chian,(pray for me july 28- augs.9th)

revolution does 30 hour fast (aug.1st-2nd)

pasion day aug. 8th

so life right now is very bizzy...but God has been helping us...Hope everyone is having a awesome summer

things to pray for...

that revolution makes its goals of 60 students connected and in love with Jesus and each other...and $5000 to speed the light

also that we would rasie the support to do our 2nd annual great escape night (this event will cost us $1500)

flint outreach

WOW!!! i just got back from a missions trip to flint, MI. it was only 43 mins away by mapquest but it was a diffrent world! for starts I did not know that the bloods and the crips were here is michigan but they are. But So is the holy sprit!!! it was awesome to see white people from howell (the land of the KKK, not really but thats what were are know for) worshiping and working together with black people from flint (the land of crime, not really but thats what they are know for), God did some very cool things...the cloest for me was when we where on the west side and a almost gang fight started about 20 red shirts and 20 blue shirts showed some ini there cars with they hands hidden, others standing around waiting ... people closer to God then me started praying and asking God to help. about 5 mins of stress went by and them the pastor (we were at a out door church, canaval tipe thing) said if you want to become a christian you should come to the front of the stage and get prayed for...So I looked over and saw and mix of white and black, red and blue young and old, all types of people that the world says should hate each other laying it all down for a better life then the world has to offer a life with Chirst as Lord....IT WAS SWEEET, satan used hate to being people their but God used it for his glory!!!

so Andrea and I have been praying that God will help us out in the area of bills and money...not a weird GIVE ME GIVE ME prayer but a just asking God to help us out, be prayed that God would use his creativity to bless us so that we would not have to be more of a burden on the church (who pays us...see if we prayed for a rise really we would be praying for the church to give us more money...I feel funny praying that way) SO we prayed that God would bless us in other ways...WHICH HE HAS people have been giving us stuff inviting us over for dinner, buying us gas all kings of cool God stuff, anyway just thought I would sure how awesome Jesus is...

James 5:16-18 declares, "…The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. (not sure why this work for me...maybe cuz I had other righteous people praying)

Matthew 17:20 "tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you"

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 tells us, "The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."

1 John 5:14-15 says, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of him."

so last night I was a DQ and was their were a lot of different people their, I got this over whelming feeling at how much we all Need God to help our life... My heart is in major Pain when I see people that are hurting.....anyway I can give any details so you will have to be OK with that....but I know more then ever that we must get over our self's as Christians and really help people and see Jesus change their and our lives.....

well, I am not a very tech-y person and so I was a little nerves about my mac book pro. BUT it is AWESOME.... just thought I would say that at the start!

also tonight at Revolution we are starting our igroups (i=intimacey only spelt right) I am SOOO pumped about them. Revolution will really start to feel like a close net group while at the same time be able to grow the way God wants us too! I am so proud of our group of students because I know they are going to have positive thoughts and words about what God is doing...Our group it way above getting mad at change and closing the door on Gods face...I LOVE THEM...

SO yeah GODS awesome, igroups are going to Rock and at Revolution we are starting to feel a sense of close family ....

God is doing some Very cool things around here. last Friday was the coolest service I have EVER been at. I had everything planned out I new what I was going to say. at the end of my sermon as I started to pray and give people a change to start over with Jesus...all the stupid things I have done flashed before me, i was reminded of the pain and the agony that a life with out Christ brought me. I though about all the friends and family that all of us Know that are wonderful, very smart, and very Good people. But still have that pain in their life because they don't know Jesus....I balled my eyes out, I cry ed like a baby in front 30+ teenagers I sobbed... God slammed me, I did not know what to do, so I call everyone up and we prayed for our friends and familys. in a word it was AWESOME!!!!!
I feel so much more empowered and passionate to make this wold a pain free and sin free place

Definition: The act of resting on the bone structure of your legs mid stride, to conserve energy while hiking.

A common mistake for beginning mountaineers is the inability to pace themselves on the long climbs and approaches. A lack of pace results in a sporadic starting and stopping pattern that eventually takes longer and drains the body of vital energy. By integrating a momentary rest on the bone structure of the down hill leg, allowing the uphill foot time to be gently kicked into the next step, a true, sustainable pace can be reached. The down hill knee should be locked for just a second to help relax the quads and the calves. Climbers can incorporate the breath to slow their pace and help regulate the timing, like a metronome. Usually one slow breath can be taken every two steps. To slow the pace even more, one breath can be taken for each step.

so what does all this mean to me...well I have been a student pastor now for a year and a few mouths and allready I am seeing that the "summit is al LONG way off" when andrea and I were looking for a church we made a agreement that were we landed we would stay for a long time, and that we would not let a thing as week as feelings push us off the road to our and God's Goals.

well I belive this but I need to find my pace. I feel lazy sometimes and overworked the other times , ministry I'm finding, is full of ups and downs, Joys, pain, excitemint,fear, passion and a whole list of other emothions....I am standing on the FACT that God has called me to ministry but I am also hoping that God is making the bones of who I am stong enuf to hold me but when i rest.

God, my family, and all the students and people at my Church ROCK!!!
